Step out of autopilot in just 2 weeks.

A live guided reset for working parents who want to stop rushing through life, restore calm, and reconnect with their families

Every day feels like Groundhog Day.

Life wasn’t supposed to feel like a checklist you’re failing at. You crave calm, connection, and moments that actually feel like living… but autopilot has taken over.

⏰ Frantic Mornings
Everyone running late, missing shoes, tension before the day even starts.

💼 Work Stress at Home
You carry your job’s stress back into family time — and can’t switch off.

🍔 Rushed Meals
Takeout or scarfed dinners between kids’ activities and bedtime battles.

📱 Lost Connection
You want to be present, but end up numbing with your phone.

📅 Weekend Blur
Errands, practices, and exhaustion — leaving no true reset.

⏳ Time Anxiety
You wish there were more hours in the day, but deep down you know time isn’t the real problem.

That’s why I created The Working Parent Reset

A 2-week live cohort to help you step out of autopilot and feel alive again.

Movement

🌀 Release stress from your body
Gentle, intentional practices that shift your energy so you don’t carry the day’s tension forward.

Breathwork

🌬️ Calm your nervous system
Ancient breath techniques to regulate stress and give you space to respond instead of react.

Meditation

🧘 Center your mind
A daily practice to observe your thoughts, cultivate presence, and stay grounded no matter what the day brings.

Journaling

📓 Reconnect with yourself
Guided reflections to notice energy patterns and capture storyworthy family moments that might otherwise slip by.

Why It Works

✨ Small, doable practices.
✨ Stacked together, they create lasting change.
✨ Practiced daily in community, they shift your energy from autopilot → awareness.

What you’ll get

  • WhatsApp prompts from me (not AI!) to anchor your mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Each one is designed to help you reset your nervous system, step out of autopilot, and bring presence into ordinary moments.

  • A simple but powerful practice: tracking what gives you energy, what drains you, and one storyworthy moment each day. Over time, this shifts you from numbness → awareness, helping you see patterns and reclaim joy.

  • Two touchpoints to ground you, answer questions, and deepen the experience. These sessions bring the practices to life and connect you directly with me and the group.

  • Tools to help you leave work stress at work and show up present at home — small but powerful cues that change the energy of your evenings.

  • A small group of like-minded parents to share reflections, cheer you on, and remind you you’re not alone. The real magic isn’t in the practices themselves — it’s in practicing together.

Who this is for

For working moms and dads who feel drained, distracted, and stuck on autopilot — and want to live with more calm and connection.

Not a workout plan.

Not a weight-loss program.

Not another productivity system.

Not a space for climbing the career ladder. There are plenty of those already. What’s missing is a place to build energy, presence, joy, and deeper connection with ourselves and our families.

Meet your guide

You’ve scrolled all the way down here, and you’re probably wondering: “Okay, but who’s running this session?”

Hi, I’m Shruti. I’m a corporate mom of two (ages 7 and 10) currently on sabbatical. On paper, I had the job, the salary, the full calendar… but I was running on empty. I was stressed, distracted, and missing the small moments that actually make life joyful.

Since stepping away, I’ve gone all in on the practices that help me feel most alive — yoga, meditation, and plant medicine — not just as “habits,” but as a way of life. I’ve also discovered how much I love guiding programs and workshops. This reset is me bringing all of those interests together: ancient tools, modern rhythms, and the lived reality of being a working parent.

I’m not here as a guru. I’m here as one of you: a working parent figuring it out, sharing what’s helped me, and creating a space where we can reset together.

It’s time to step out of autopilot.

This isn’t about climbing the career ladder anymore — it’s about climbing back into your own life, with more energy, joy, and presence.
